How long does it take you to prepare for each match?
In general, my workouts are enough throughout the year. The times I have matches, for about 6 weeks they are more intense and focused on the strategy depending on the opponent each time.

Every day I do about 2 training sessions of 2 hours each.

What is your biggest personal motivation?
There is no greater motivation for me than seeing myself improve after every race. It's Personal challenge.

What support does an athlete need? MMA ή Brazilian jiu-jitsu (psychological, nutritional, training)?
In general the support someone who plays a sport professionally and especially at a championship level like myself needs a lot of support in all 3 areas you mentioned. As the athlete's level rises, so do the demands on nutrition, supplements, recovery, training.

Does achieving one goal mean "let's go for the next"?
The goal is to constantly be better, so any conquest feels like overcoming an obstacle. Obstacle where the destination is the final goal. That is, to see yourself as high as possible in relation to where you started.

I will never forget my first match MMA that I had in America about 4 years ago, it was the moment when something from my imagination became reality. The dream came true!
