Shipping is free for purchases over €39. For orders less than €39, shipping costs are €2,00 incl ACS, Courier Center & Box Now and €2,50 by General Post. 
For order shipments with General Postal, ACS, Courier Center and Box Now of any product up to three (3) kilos, the customer does not incur shipping costs. For each additional kilo, the customer is charged one (1) euro. There are no extra charges for hard to reach areas.
For each additional kilo, the customer is charged one (1,00 euro) per extra kilo. There are no extra charges for hard to reach areas.
The delivery of the products to your place is done by a courier company usually on the next working day. For some areas the delivery time can reach 2-3 working days, according to the delivery policy of the courier company. In case any of the products are not available, there may be a waiting time of 3 to 4 working days. If you choose cash on delivery as a payment method, there is an additional fee of €1,80 with ACS & Courier Center and 2,00€ by General Post.

Your order will arrive in 2 business days. (except Western Macedonia, Thessaly, Central Greece, and the Aegean where products are shipped in 2-3 business days).
* Except in cases of force majeure and problems arising from cooperating companies (external partners) which we can not control directly. 
* Deliveries to hard-to-reach areas may be delayed due to the schedules of the partner transport companies.

Delivery of a specific time of day cannot be supported. Comments to the courier company regarding specific delivery times are not binding, although an effort is made to satisfy them in the best possible way.

IATA air transport regulations do not permit the carriage of flammables materials (e.g. sprays, nail polishes, alcohol products, etc.)

For orders over 90 € cash on delivery is free!
