Return Policy

Product returns

  • In case of error of our company. We fully refund the money that corresponds to the value of the order and the shipping costs
  • In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, only the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is returned and the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer. The return of the product must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
  • In the event that the products you have received have exceeded your expiration date, we fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
  • In case the product has a defect and is covered by warranty, the replacement is made in consultation with the product company.
  • No returns are made on Milk and baby food items for safety and quality reasons
  • No replacement is made for products whose packaging contents have not been altered.
  • Returns are accepted upon agreement and only if the products are unused and in their original condition (and the outer packaging).
  • In case of using the product or altering their original packaging, the return is not accepted.
  • Your refunds are made within 15 days of the return and receipt of the products by our company.
  • For your refund you must state the account in which you want the deposit to be made, the bank, the account holder as well as your order number regarding the refund.
  • Retail receipt is required for returns and their return packaging will be in a box, so the product is not damaged. (Not in an envelope or other type of packaging).
  • In case of invoice issuance, the return must be made with a delivery note
  • In the event that the return is not made within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, wecare.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with a replacement their.
  • In case the payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be canceled and his credit card will be updated accordingly.
  • Before returning the product, you should contact the returns department of wecare.gr. on the phone 2107001375 daily 09:30 - 17:00 & on e-mail [email protected]. Otherwise, our pharmacy does not accept these returns. 
  • In case you want to return to us any of the products (for your own reasons) that you have received (within 14 days) and as long as it is in its original packaging, (sealed in a box) will be sent at the sender's charge. 
  • In the event that wecare.gr is responsible, the return is made at a charge to the recipient with the cooperating companies courier companies General Post or ACS.

Product Return Procedure

In our physical store
You bring the product to us at the pharmacy and after checking to see if the return conditions apply, the product is replaced with the same or another product of your choice.

Product sending
If he has been preceded by a phone call to his returns department wecare.gr that your parcel is problematic or damaged or you did not receive it in its original form, pack and send the package with the product with the cooperating courier company (General Post or ACS) of our pharmacy at the Consignee's (Pharmacy's) Charge.

Inside the package you will have placed a note in which you inform us of the problem that has arisen with the returned product, a) your contact phone number, b) your order number and c) the receipt of retail sale (or also in photocopy), as long as the product meets the return conditions. In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail above. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If I receive my package and the products it contains are damaged or spilled, what is the procedure?


wecare.gr will immediately replace your package if you send us photos ( to our email [email protected] )  with your parcel that the products you have selected appear damaged or spilled. In the event that a product is on offer or a limited edition package, wecare.gr will refund the money of the value of the product to your account. 
You should also provide us with your details (contact phone number, name and order number).
The process should be done within 24 hours from the moment you receive your parcel from the shipping company. 


Order cancellations

You can cancel your order, if you wish, without charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store, by sending us an email at [email protected] with your order number, the name and surname of the placeholder and your telephone number. You will receive a reply email that your order has been cancelled.
