The Wecare.gr is one of the few eshops that works with real warehouse, which means that all products shown as "available" to the user, are and actually available on our shelves. The shipping process is supported by a modern inventory management system and a well-organized warehouse, infrastructure that allows us to fulfill your order the same day you place it on our site. 

Payment is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be made in one of the following ways:

  • COD, upon delivery of the products by the distributor of the courier company that cooperates with Wecare.gr (The surcharge starts at €1,80 [see here analytically]). For orders over €90 h COD is free!
  • Charged to your credit card. To ensure the absolute security of electronic transactions through credit cards, they are made through the security system of Eurobank Bank, which is based on the international transaction protection company (GLOBE SSL), which supports a secure transaction environment.
  • Online payment through the service PayPal
  • Deposit / transfer to the company's bank account.

That's it Wecare.gr makes every effort to make its products all immediately available using modern computerization to monitor warehouse stocks. By constantly checking stocks, we make sure to reflect the correct availability of products. In case one of the products is not available at the pharmacy, the waiting time can reach 3-4 working days. In case of exhaustion of a code, its order section Wecare.gr will contact you and inform you of the exact time of receipt of your products.

wecare.gr will replace your package if you send us photos (to our email [email protected] ) with your parcel that the products you have selected appear damaged or spilled. If the product you selected belongs to a limited edition category or an elliptical code and there is no additional stock in our Pharmacy, wecare will refund the money of the product's value to the account you have sent us. The damaged product must be returned to wecare.gr at the cost of the recipient ( wecare.gr ). You will also provide us with your details (contact phone number, name and order number). The process should be done in 24 hours from the moment you have received your parcel from the carrier. 
No replacement is made for products whose packaging contents have not been altered.


wecare.gr tries to secure as many samples of the products as possible, in order for them to be tested by our consumers - customers and to have an opinion on the specific products. Unfortunately, several times the supplier companies that send us the samples of their products, do not have stocks or send us little due to their high production costs. 

Product availability is real and products are shipped immediately as soon as you place your order. Usually the courier company delivers the next day, or the day after (for the 2-day axis areas).

Collection from the Pharmacy 

Orders marked Receipt from the Store will remain in our pharmacy for 5 working days. After the end of five (5) days they will be automatically deleted from our system.

To pick up your order from the pharmacy, please select the payment method "Pick up from Pharmacy".

For your best service, please place your order before you arrive at the Pharmacy (physical point) 

Orders to be placed until 17:00 in the afternoon will be received the next day.

You will be notified by sms or by phone after the arrival of your order at the Pharmacy.

Shipments Greece

For purchases from € 39 and above shipping is free, the delivery of the products to your place is done by a courier company on the next working day. For orders less than €39, shipping costs are €2,00 with ACS & Box Now and €2,50 with General Post & Courier Center. For order shipments with General Postal, ACS, Courier Center and Box Now of any product up to three (3) kilos, the customer does not incur shipping costs. For each additional kilo, the customer is charged one (1) euro. There are no extra charges for hard to reach areas.


In case the payment method is by cash on delivery, there is an additional charge which starts from €1,80. (see here analytically)

  • Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store.

  • Can I return a product?

Of course you can return any product you have bought from Wecare.gr. It Wecare.gr accepts the return of products within 14 calendar days under certain conditions.

  • What is the difference between transport / shipping costs and cash on delivery costs

Shipping costs only have to do with sending the package while cash on delivery costs only have to do with the process of collecting the money (it is the fee the courier company gets for executing/handling the transaction) They are two different charges. If you do not want to be charged with cash on delivery costs, choose another payment method that does not have any fees at all (credit/debit card, paypal, deposit to the pharmacy's account)

  • Are you using proper product storage practices?

We follow all the correct practices for storing and handling the products. The products are stored in state-of-the-art air-conditioned facilities, and we make sure they are packed properly and safely.
