With every purchase you make at wecare you earn points/cares. Reward points are accumulated in your account, from where you can see at any time when and exactly how many points you have earned.
Yes, to be able to collect & redeem reward points it is necessary to have created a wecare account and log into it every time you shop. With the creation of a new account we offer you 1000 points/cares introductory gift! In your account, all the points/cares you have are stored and displayed together, so that you can be updated and redeem them whenever you wish.
On all products, the points/cares corresponding to them are indicated above the price. For every €1 purchase you earn 10 points/cares. For example, by buying 1 product that costs €12, you earn 120 points/cares. Every day you will also discover selected products that offer double or triple points with the badge double care ή triplecare respectively. The points assigned to each product are calculated based on its price after the discount and without VAT.
As soon as you log in to your account & place the desired products in the cart, the total points you have collected from previous purchases will be displayed as well as their value in euros. Every 1000 points/cares correspond to €1. You can redeem your points once you have accumulated 1000 points. If you wish to redeem the points you have accumulated, simply select the corresponding field & the extra discount will be applied directly to your order.
You can redeem your points whenever you want, as long as you have accumulated at least 1000 points. Then for every 1000 points you collect, you should redeem them all together. That is, if you have accumulated 1500 cares, you can redeem 1000 and the remaining 500 cares remain in your account. If you have accumulated 2000 cares and want to redeem them, you must redeem all 2000 together.
As with any similar new service, points start counting from the moment our new system is created and cannot be awarded retroactively. However, to thank you for your preference, we are offering 1000 points/cares to already registered users. New points are added to your account upon payment of your order. In case you pay by cash on delivery, this is done in a few days (5 - 10 working days) after you pay the courier that will bring your order. Additionally, it can take up to 48 hours for points to appear in your account.
The points are added to your account when you place your phone order, as long as you have previously created an account on wecare.gr.
