Shipping methods

The products bearing the indication In stock are available on the shelves of our store and are sent in 1-3 working days from the day of the order (as long as the order is placed by 18:00 in the afternoon) by courier.
If a product is not available, we will inform you by email or by phone about the progress of your order. Products not immediately available are shipped as soon as they become available. 

Your order will arrive in 1 working day***. (except Western Macedonia, Thessaly, Central Greece, and the Aegean where products are shipped in 2 business days).
(Except in cases of force majeure and from problems arising from partner companies - external partners - which we cannot directly control.) 

Delivery of a specific time of day cannot be supported. Comments to the courier company regarding specific delivery times are not binding, although an effort is made to satisfy them in the best possible way.

Collection from the Pharmacy 

Orders marked Receipt from the Store will remain in our pharmacy for 5 working days. After the end of five (5) days they will be automatically deleted from our system.

To pick up your order from the pharmacy, please select the payment method "Pick up from Pharmacy".

For your best service, please place your order before you arrive at the Pharmacy (physical point) 

Orders to be placed until 14:30 noon will be received the next business day. 

You will be notified by sms or by phone after the arrival of your order at the Pharmacy.

Greece

ACS Courier

• For purchases of any products with a total cost of thirty-nine (39,00) euros or more and weighing up to three (3) kilograms, the customer is not charged shipping costs. For each extra kilo, the customer is charged one (1) euro per extra kilo.

• For purchases of any products with a total cost of less than thirty-nine (39,00) euros, the customer is charged with shipping costs of two (2,00) euros, as long as the total weight of the products does not exceed three (3) kilograms. For each additional kilo, the customer is further charged one (1) euro per additional kilo.

• There is no none additional burden on shipping costs for hard-to-reach areas and thus we ensure that anywhere in Greece the shipping cost will be the same.

Box Now delivery to Lockers

Delivery to automatic delivery machines (Lockers)

• For purchases of any products with a total cost of thirty-nine (39,00) euros or more and weighing up to three (3) kilograms, the customer is not charged shipping costs. For purchases under thirty-nine (39,00) euros the customer bears two (2) euro. For each extra kilo, the customer is further charged one (1) euro per extra kilo.

• There is no none additional burden on shipping costs for hard-to-reach areas and thus we ensure that anywhere in Greece the shipping cost will be the same.

General Postal

• For purchases of any products with a total cost of thirty-nine (39,00) euros or more and weighing up to three (3) kilograms, the customer is not charged shipping costs. For each extra kilo, the customer is charged one (1,00 euro) per extra kilo.

• For purchases of any products with a total cost of less than thirty-nine (39,00) euros, the customer is charged with shipping costs of 2,50 euros, as long as the total weight of the products does not exceed three (3) kilograms. For each extra kilo, the customer is further charged one (1 euro) per extra kilo.

• There is no none additional burden on shipping costs for hard-to-reach areas and thus we ensure that anywhere in Greece the shipping cost will be the same.

Courier Center

• For purchases of any products with a total cost of thirty-nine (39,00) euros or more and weighing up to three (3) kilograms, the customer is not charged shipping costs. For each extra kilo, the customer is charged one (1) euro per extra kilo.

• For purchases of any products with a total cost of less than thirty-nine (39,00) euros, the customer is charged with shipping costs of two and forty (2,50) euros, as long as the total weight of the products does not exceed three (3) kilograms. For each extra kilo, the customer is further charged one (1) euro per extra kilo.

• There is no none additional burden on shipping costs for hard-to-reach areas and thus we ensure that anywhere in Greece the shipping cost will be the same.

Cyprus

General Postal

• For orders up to 2Kg, shipping is configured in 9,90€ 
• For each additional kilo over 2Kg there is a charge of €2,10 (In bulky parcels there may be an additional charge, based on the pricing policy of the transport company).
• The available payment methods are credit card and PayPal
• Shipping time is 2-4 business days
• IATA air transport regulations do not permit the carriage of flammable materials (eg sprays, nail polishes, alcohol products, etc.)

Bulgaria 

• For orders up to 2Kg, shipping costs €5,90
• For each extra kilo over 2Kg there is a surcharge of €1,80
• The available payment methods are credit card and PayPal
• IATA air transport regulations do not permit the carriage of flammables materials (e.g. sprays, nail polishes, alcohol products, etc.)
