TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
The company with the name Vlasios Georgiou IKE (hereinafter "Organizer"), which is based in Kampi Artas, organizes for its consumers this nationwide competition, for the raffle of a gift to those who participate in it.
The competition is open to residents of Greece, who have completed 18 years of age. Valid entries in each competition / draw will be considered those who have completed completely, truly and correctly the participation steps that will be defined as mandatory by the relevant announcement for the competition on the website of the Organizing Company and always at an earlier time of the competition, for the entire period duration.
Employees with a part-time job or a paid mandate to the Organizer, as well as the companies participating in the competition, the spouses of the above employees, as well as their relatives up to the XNUMXnd degree, are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
The duration of the Contest is defined as the period from (12/02/24) (hereinafter the "Start of the Contest"), to (29/02/24) (hereinafter the "End of the Contest"). It is expressly stated that, after the end of the Competition, the entries are automatically invalid. To select the winners, a lottery will be held among the participants, as defined in par. 5.
Each contestant is entitled to one (1) entry during the Contest and consequently in the draw. In case of more entries of the same Participant, only one of them will be taken into consideration at the discretion of the Organizer.
Applications submitted by the persons excluded under paragraph 2 will not be considered and will be excluded from the draw.
The nomination of the winner and the runners-up of the competition is done after an electronic draw, according to this article. In order to prepare for the draw, the applications for participation are collected and it is first checked if there are any events that justify the exclusion of a contestant according to the Terms. Then, the applications that were considered in principle in accordance with the Terms are registered with the unique number that they bear in the Database of the Organizer.
The draw will take place at the Organizer's offices in Kampi Artas using the program http: //www.randomizer.org/ and the relevant electronic participant file (hereinafter referred to as the "participant file").
The draw will take place on (day, 29/02/24).
Participants in the lottery every month are those who have been registered in the Contest database from the beginning of the Contest until the end of the contest, as defined in par. 3. Information on the validity/reliability of the electronic lottery is available through randomizer.org at the electronic address http: //www.randomizer.org/about.html.
One (1) winner will emerge from the draw, who will receive the prize of paragraph 4. After the emergence of one (1) winner, the draw will continue, in order for the two (2) consecutive runners-up to emerge respectively.
The details of the winner will be announced via the wecare.gr site.
The Organizer will notify the winner within ten (10) days from the date of the Draw, with a relevant personal message in the email address he will state during his participation. Upon notification of the winner by the Organizer, the manner and time of receipt of the prize will be announced.
During the above communication, the winner will be asked for his full details (name, full address, contact phone number), in order to make the communication for the delivery of the prize.
After 30 days from the day of notification of the winner, in case of non-communication and non-declaration of acceptance of the prize or non-claim for any reason or refusal to accept the prize, the prize is fired for the winner and it will be awarded to the respective runners-up (ie the winner's prize is awarded in case of non-receipt to 1ο runners-up, while in case of non-receipt by 1ο The winner of the prize is awarded to 2ο runners-up), after being informed within 5 days from the completion of the 30 days concerning the respective winner. In case of refusal of the respective runner-up or non-receipt as above by the 2nd runner-up, this prize is permanently lost.
The gift is personal, can not be transferred to other persons nor can it be sold or redeemed, while the gift is not replaced by other items. If the first runner-up cannot make use of the prize, the right is transferred to the first runner-up and then to the second.
The Organizer is not responsible for any delay in the transfer and delivery of the gift or for any cancellation due to force majeure.
The Organizer bears no responsibility in case it is not possible to communicate with the winner in case of declaration of incorrect or incomplete information, or due to inability to locate him, thus making it impossible to inform him or due to his negligence, indifference or inaction. regarding the securing and receipt of his gift, within the deadlines of paragraph 7.
The Organizer, any companies affiliated with it, its employees and executives are not responsible for any damage arising from or related to the conduct of this Competition.
Personal data of the Contest participants will be collected by the Organizer, entered into databases and processed for the needs of organization, evaluation, publicity and conduct of the Contest, always within the framework and conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and of Law 4624/2019. Participation in the Competition constitutes a free and clear declaration and consent of the participants for the processing of their above data and the keeping of a relevant record for the aforementioned purposes. The search, acceptance and receipt of the gift by each winner constitute their clear consent for the use of their name for the purpose of publicizing the Competition and its results and for the processing of their data as above. The e-mail details of the Contest participants, and provided that they have given their consent, may in the future be used by the Organizer for promotional purposes. In relation to the above files of their personal data, the participants have at any time the right to access, correct, delete or display objections regarding the data concerning them, as long as they declare this by sending a relevant message to the e-mail [email protected]
These terms are governed by and supplemented by Greek Law. Any dispute regarding the Competition, which may arise in the future, is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
Participation in the Contest means the unconditional acceptance of the Terms and the waiver of the contestants from any right to challenge them for any reason.
