The absolute way to survive even in this lockdown!

The absolute way to survive this lockdown too! photo
If you feel like you couldn't mentally withstand the first lockdown, we present you the way to survive the second one... and hopefully the last one!

What you need to do is maintain a routine that will provide you with a motivation to go about your day as normally as possible, like before. For this, you should try to sleep and wake up at the same time every day.

And adequate sleep is very important, as it is linked to your mental health as well as your weight control. And don't forget that stress, caffeine, poor diet and alcohol negatively affect the quality of your sleep.

Also, with gyms closed and very short breaks between working from home and the rest of life at home, it can be difficult to find a way to get out and exercise. A good idea is to mark in your weekly schedule the days and times you will exercise and try to stick to them, as if you were going to the gym.

And if one day something changes or you see that you can't stick to the schedule, try doing something outside the house. For example, go for a bike ride with the kids or walk the dog to add at least a little more movement to your day.

Whatever you choose, after a few days you'll be surprised at how easy it is to stick to your new routine.
