Instructions for use:
Step 1 Simply cut to fit the pad to your shoe size using the cutting guide
Step 2 Place it on your shoes with the fabric side up
It is recommended to replace the insoles every 6 months or sooner if signs of wear appear.

Cleaning instructions:
Hand wash in warm soapy water (30 °C). Dry flat, away from direct heat.
Washing machine is not recommended.
