Aquamarine 2 in 1 Liquid nutritional supplement by Vitabiotics is a unique liquid composition with a combination of omega-3 fish oils and cod oil in a ratio of 1:1. The composition contains 4,52g of fish oils and 4,52g of cod oil per 10ml (2 teaspoons), it is therefore an extremely rich source of omega-3 fatty acids. Fish oils are a rich source of the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA, while cod liver oil provides omega-3 fatty acids along with significant amounts of natural vitamins D and A. Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to help regulate the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides, maintaining the elasticity of the artery walls and normal blood pressure, can therefore contribute to heart health. They also play an important role in brain function and affect behavior and concentration in children and adults. In addition, EPA and DHA have been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects and can contribute to joint health, while DHA is particularly important for eye health, especially the retina, as is vitamin A. Vitamin D is essential for bone health and together with vitamin A appear to play an important role in skin and immune health. The composition is enriched with vitamin E.

Dosage & Instructions for Use

Children 5-12 years: 1 teaspoon (5ml) per day.

Adults: 2 teaspoons (10ml) per day.

Aquamarine 2 in 1 can be taken alone or added to juice or milk. Store below 25°C and away from the sun.
