Swallow each with a cold drink with your meal. You should not chew it. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Pregnacare capsules and tablets should only be taken on a full stomach. You can take Pregnacare Max at any time during your pregnancy.
This complete formula replaces other Pregnacare® multivitamins. You do not need to take extra multivitamins.
