Take one (1) tablet per day during the main meal.
Ingestion with water or cold drink. Do not chew it. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
To be taken only on a full stomach. This composition replaces other supplements perfectil and multivitamins. You don't need to take an extra multivitamin. The perfectil can be used as long as needed and regular intake is recommended.
