Use

Instructions for use:
Step 1 Simply cut to fit the pad to your shoe size using the cutting guide.
Step 2 Place it on your shoes with the fabric side up.
It is recommended to replace the insoles every 6 months or sooner if signs of wear appear.

Cleaning instructions:
Recommended for washing at 40 degrees. Dry flat, away from direct heat.
