Does not contain: Hydrogenated fats, animal substances, synthetic preservatives, colors and fragrances, added starch, sucrose, lactose or salt, yeast, wheat or gluten. 

One capsule two to four times daily after meals with water or milk. The specific bacteria remain stable at PH3 to protect them from stomach acids to ensure their effect. Instructions for allergies: probiotic lactobacilli are grown in culture medium with non-genetically modified soy.
