INDICATIVE METHODS OF USE

• BEAUTY - Anti-aging facial oil for dry skin: 7-10 drops in 20ml of rosehip or jojoba oil and apply in the evening on the face. It will offer you relaxation, calm and take care of your skin.
• FOR A RELAXED ATMOSPHERE - add 5-15 drops to a room air freshener.
• FOR HYPERTENSION - 10 drops in 10 ml of chamomile oil and massage twice a day on the neck and shoulders.

Caution! Essential oils are never used undiluted directly on the skin, but are added to carrier oils. A safe recommended dosage is up to 2 drops of essential oil per 10ml of base oil. For any other type of use, consult a specialist.
