INDICATIVE METHODS OF USE

• To treat colds, headaches and lower blood pressure - inhale over a bowl of 1 liter of warm water with 2-3 drops of orange essential oil for 10 minutes.
• Cellulitis - In the bathtub add 5-7 drops of orange oil to act against cellulite, reduce blood pressure and enhance sexual desire.
• For relaxation, rejuvenation, removal of odors and air purification, put 8-10 drops in the essential oil burner.
• In a massage to fight cellulite, prevent stretch marks, add 15-18 drops of orange essential oil to 50ml of base oil (almond oil, apricot kernel oil, grape seed oil, avocado).
• Add 5-8 drops of orange oil in 25ml of cream to the face cream to enhance the elasticity and hydration of dry skin.
