INDICATIVE METHODS OF USE

• Relaxation: We mix 5-8 drops of Chamomile Blue essential oil in 100ml of Lavender oil, and massage our forehead so that we relax.
• Arthritis - Allergies: Mix 5-8 drops of Blue Chamomile essential oil, 50 ml of Honeysuckle oil or 50 ml of Spathochorto - Chamomile - Linden oil. We massage the place where we have the problem 1-2 times a day.
• Acne - Eczema: Mix 5-8 drops of Blue Chamomile essential oil in 100ml of Calendula - Achillea - Chamomile oil. And we massage 1-2 times a day.

external use

DO NOT USE ON SKIN - MIX WITH A BASE OIL 

Caution! Essential oils are never used undiluted directly on the skin, but are added to carrier oils. A safe recommended dosage is up to 2 drops of essential oil per 10ml of base oil. For any other type of use, consult a specialist.
