METHODS OF USE

• Almond oil and skin care - Frequent massage with almond oil helps in curing dry skin and adds glow to the face. Massaging the oil improves blood circulation and moisturizes dry and dull skin effectively. It is an emollient that helps to soothe and soften the skin. 
• Hair care - Calculate 1-2 tablespoons of almond oil in every 100ml of hair cream and create an enhanced therapeutic mask for your hair.
• Nail care - Almond oil is a good alternative to moisturizing cuticle oil. Just put it on your nails every night instead of the classic oil. It nourishes the nails and helps them not to break or peel. Almond oil protects against oxidative stress, which can be a major cause of chronic inflammation.
