Recommendation:

100% carded viscose fibers. Its applicator is protected by a sealed polypropylene film over wrapped with a tear strip.

Instructions for use:

Wash your hands and open the wrapper by pulling the tape.

• Straighten the removal cord and pull with a quick and somewhat forceful motion. 

• Press the base of the tampon with the tip of your index finger and remove the top half of the wrapper. 

• With your free hand, gently open the labia. The opening of the vagina is located between the urethra and the anus.

• Relax! With your index finger, push the tampon deep into the vagina and at an upward angle. If you feel resistance, just change the direction slightly. 

• One you still feel the tampon, then you need to push it a little deeper. Once the tampon is in the right place, in the middle part of your vagina, you won't feel it. Wash your hands again.
