This drug-free, non-burning saline spray helps relieve nasal allergies, dryness, runny nose, and congestion from the common cold or flu. Use

Step 1: Insert the tip of the activator into the nostril and press gently until sufficient volume is sprayed and the nasal passages are moist.
Step 2: Repeat for the other nostril. For babies and children, do not insert the nozzle past the flange. Use as often as needed to hydrate.
