guarana (paullina cupana), L-carnitine tartrate, sweetener (sucralose), caffeine, chromium picolinate

Instructions for use: Taken as a dietary supplement for adults, 1-2 scoops (5 - 10g) dissolved in
250ml of water. Mix well using a shaker or a blender. Do not exceed the instructions
of use. Consume within 90 days of opening. Not to be taken by pregnant, lactating women, children
under 18, on an empty stomach, or if you have consumed other green tea products on the same day.
Do not consume more than 800mg of EGCG per day. Caution in co-administration of the product with
other preparations containing caffeine. Contains 78.3mg/156.5mg caffeine per 1 and 2 scoops, respectively.
