Use

Make sure your lip liner is well-scratched. Start shaping your lips from the center of the upper lip and drag the pencil towards the corners, following the natural line of the lips. If your lips are large, focus on the outer edges of your lips, while if they are small, emphasize the inner edges of your lips. For longer duration and intensity, also fill the inside of your lips with the pencil.
