Use

Extremely effective when used in the morning and evening after brushing. Pour 10ml (2 x 5ml teaspoons) into a glass, rinse the teeth and gums for 60 seconds and spit it out.

FOR THE OPENING: PRESS the cap and ROTATE IT.

FOR CLOSING: Turn the lid until it clicks into place.
