Lanes Kcaligram Glucomannan, is a dietary supplement containing glucomannan, a 100% herbal ingredient derived from the Konjac mannan plant.

Recommended Dosage

Special precautions: Glucomannan is recommended to be taken with a sufficient amount of water to ensure that the substance reaches the stomach and to be digestible also by people with swallowing difficulties or in case of consumption without sufficient fluid intake. Mild gastrointestinal disorders such as diarrhea and flatulence may occur with doses higher than 5g per day.
