Use: Whole grain milling, a widely used processing method in the UK, removes over 90% of the zinc levels contained in these foods. This fact, combined with the new fad suggesting a lower consumption of animal protein, is very likely one of the reasons why 1 in 3 adults in the UK get less than the recommended amount of zinc
The Zincatest product can be used either as a test that shows the level of zinc in each person or as a zinc supplement. It is also recommended for those who have difficulty swallowing zinc tablets or capsules

Dosage: This product can be used a) either as a zinc supplement b) or as a test that shows us the level of zinc of each person a) as a dietary supplement: take 5ml one tablespoon of Zincatest daily
B) like a zinc level test: The test should be taken at least one hour after eating or drinking. In 60ml of water (1/4 glass) pour 5ml (1 teaspoon) of Zincatest. Then we take 5ml of this solution and swish it around in our mouth for about 10 seconds and then swallow or spit it out
The sense of taste that this test will leave us with indicates the level of zinc in our body:

1) Tasteless (like plain water) : low zinc level

2) Dry-metallic or possibly sweet taste after a few seconds : borderline zinc level

3) Perceptibly characteristic taste, which becomes more intense with time: relatively satisfactory level of zinc

4) Strong, unpleasant taste, immediately noticeable: satisfactory level of zinc

Cases 1 & 2 require a daily Zinc supplement until we reach the levels of cases 3 or 4. Typically, one treatment is followed for 3-6 months

Each time you need to repeat the test, you will need to prepare a new solution
