Ingredients used in the capsule: L-Γλουταμικό Οξύ, L-Κυστεΐνη, Κυτταρίνη, Περίβλημα Κάψουλας (Ζελατίνη), Γλυκίνη, L-Γλουταθειόνη, Στεατικό Μαγνήσιο, Διοξείδιο του Πυριτίου.

Assimilation time: Less than 30 minutes

Dosage: 1 to 3 capsules daily, with juice or water rather than milk. Amino acids are better absorbed when taken half an hour before meals or at bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Safekeeping: Keep in a cool and dry environment and protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
