INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Adults & children over 12 years
• 2 sachets / day for the treatment of constipation for 7 days.
• 1 sachet / day for 14 consecutive days or day after day to maintain good digestive health.
• Add the contents of the envelope to a large glass of drinking water at room temperature and drink within 10 minutes.
• The dosage should be adjusted according to the individual response to treatment. The maximum dose usually does not exceed 4 sachets per day.
