Pleasant taste, easy to use
Piulatte consists of valuable ingredients and has a pleasantly mild taste. It is easy to use: once a day, ideally in the afternoon, dissolve one sachet in 1-150 ml of water or other liquid and drink it an hour before or after eating. The duration of consumption depends on the individual's personal needs. Piulatte can be taken as long as it continues to benefit the nursing mother.

The origin of thistle
Milk thistle comes mainly from the Mediterranean region, but is also cultivated in Germany. According to the English legend, the white spots on its leaves come from the milk of the "Virgin Mary", from which it gets its English name (milk thistle).
