1. Boil water, let it cool to about 50 C and pour half the amount into a clean baby bottle. 150 ml of water
2. Fill the measuring cup quickly and add the required amount of powder to the baby bottle. x 5
3. Cap the bottle and shake immediately, then add the rest of the water and shake again.
4. Fill the cup and check the temperature (37°C).
