Description

The natural composition of BROMEACT ensures a strong anti-inflammatory effect, at the same time as reducing swelling caused by inflammation.

ACTION OF THE INGREDIENTS:

Bromelain (bromelain):
Increases the production of prostaglandins with anti-inflammatory action.
Inhibits the conversion of quinogen to quinine.
Stimulates PGE 1 (selective inhibition of platelet aggregation and blood clotting)
It develops fibrinolytic activity, in interaction with lipoxygenase, through the plasminogen (increases the production of plasmin), which breaks down fibrin clots (fibrinolysis), thus preventing the formation of local edema.

Boswellic Acid (pentacyclic triterpene):
It selectively inhibits 5-lipoxygenase, inhibiting the synthesis of leukotriene B4 (chronic inflammatory phase receptor) as well as leukotrienes C4, D4, E4 (acute inflammatory phase receptors).
It does not inhibit the synthesis of gastroprotective prostaglandins, as is the case with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Inhibits polymorphonuclear displacement and release of proteolytic enzymes.

Coumarin:
It has an effect on the lymphatic system thanks to its ability to increase the proteolytic action of macrophages.
It reduces the catabolism of catecholamines (adrenaline) at the vascular level and therefore contributes to the improvement of the ability to contract the vessels and the reduction of swelling and pain.
