1. When to take the test

• Take the test up to 6 days before your delay, i.e. 5 days before your expected period.
• If you test before your expected period, use the first morning urine of the day. Otherwise, you can take the test at any time of the day.
• Do not drink a lot of fluids before taking the test.

2. Take the test

Remove the aluminum foil and remove the lid. Use the test stick immediately.



SELECT CONTROL METHOD

IMPORTANT: The tip that changes color will immediately turn pink, indicating that urine is being absorbed.

A) Hold the color-changing tip in your urine stream for a full 5 seconds.
