1. When to take the test
- Take the test up to 6 days before your delay, i.e. 5 days before your expected period.
- If you test before your expected period, use the first morning urine of the day. Otherwise, you can take the test at any time of the day.
- Do not drink a lot of fluids before taking the test.
2. Take the test
Remove the aluminum foil and remove the lid. Use the test stick immediately.
SELECT CONTROL METHODIMPORTANT: The tip that changes color will immediately turn pink, indicating that urine is being absorbed.
A) Hold the color-changing tip in your urine stream for a full 5 seconds.

B) Completely submerge just the tip in a sample of your urine collected in a clean, dry container for a full 20 seconds.
- Replace the cap and place the test stick on a flat surface.
- Start timing.
WAIT 3 MINUTES before reading your results.
3. Read your result
A line in the control window may start to appear quickly, but you MUST wait 3 minutes before reading your result.
IMPORTANT! Read your result within 10 minutes of taking the test. Ignore any changes to your score after this time point.
