Use:

Adults and adolescents over 14 years of age: 1-2 sachets, 3 times a day. Maximum use is 6 sachets.

Children 6-14 years: 3 sachets spread throughout the day.

Dulcogas should be taken during or after meals and if necessary at bedtime. Place the granules on your tongue and let them dissolve without water.
