Use in aromatherapy:

• Cough and Runny nose: add 2 drops of thyme essential oil to ½ liter of boiling water and inhale until the vapors stop.

• Spiritual stimulation: add 6 drops of thyme essential oil to the ceramic device for essential oils.

• Oily, hair loss, dandruff: add 25 drops of thyme essential oil to 100 ml of laurel oil and massage into the scalp.

• As a mouthwash for sensitive gums: add 1 drop of thyme essential oil to 1 glass of water.

• Sore throat: add 1 drop of thyme essential oil to 1 glass of water and gargle 2 times / day.

In cooking:
