USE

Use in Aromatherapy:

• For tension, stress and nervousness: Add 5 drops of sage to the ceramic appliance for essential oils. Add 5 drops of sage to 10ml of almond oil and apply on the back, neck and temples twice a day.
• For menstrual cramps, premenstrual symptoms or during menopause: Add 5 drops of sage to 10ml of almond oil. Massage the abdomen and waist twice a day.
• To stimulate the hair: Add 35 drops of sage in 100ml laurel oil and massage the scalp.
• To create a romantic, sensual atmosphere: Add 4 drops of sage along with 6 drops of jasmine and 2 drops of geranium essential oil to the air freshener.

Instructions for Safe Use:

• Avoid eye contact. Rinse well if essential oils reach the eye area.
• Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
• Do not use them insoluble on the skin.
• Have an allergic reaction test.
• After using essential oils, avoid sun exposure for 12 hours.
• For use during pregnancy or breast-feeding, consult your doctor.
