Pure cod liver oil (from fish) 400mg, Omega-3 fish oil (from fish) [Ethyl esters of omega-3 fatty acids, Blend of tocopherols, sunflower oil] 400mg, Glucosamine sulfate (as potassium salt) (from crustaceans) 400mg, Vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopherol acetate) 80mg (667% RDI), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol [carrier: medium-chain triglycerides, antioxidant: DL-alpha tocopherol]) (800IU) 20μg (400% RDI), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin [carriers: trisodium citrate, citric acid, maltodextrin]) 20μg (800% DV), Selenium 160μg (291% DV), Zinc 15mg (150% DV), Copper 2mg (200% DV), Manganese sulfate 3mg (150% of the RDI), Boron 1.5mg, Lecithin (from soy) 30mg, Folic acid (as pteroylmonoglutamic acid) 400μg (200% of the RDI), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60mg (75% of the RDI). Method of administration:
2 capsules a day during the main meal.
Ingestion with water or cold drink. Do not chew them. The product is not suitable for children.
