Sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, and no preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavors or colors are used in its preparation.

It is taken as a dietary supplement for adults, 1 capsule daily, with water or juice, preferably between meals. Do not exceed the instructions for use.
