It contains 10 billion friendly bacteria. Smile® Probiotic contains a mixture of 11 strains of friendly bacteria Lactic Acid Bacteria (Microcrystalline A-Cellulose, (Maltodextrin, L. How do we receive it?
- 1 capsule daily before meals for good bowel health or 1 capsule 2 hours after each antibiotic.

How long does it take to act on chronic problems?
