How to use Physiomer
Before use: Wash hands, blow your nose and check if the spray works properly. Adult supervision is recommended for use on children. For children from 3 to 6 years old, the device should be used by an adult.
1- Remove the protective cap.
2- Before the first use, press the nozzle firmly a few times until the solution comes out.
3- With your head upright, spray in each nostril, inhale slightly through the nose.
4- Let the solution work for a few minutes before blowing your nose.
After each use, clean the spray nozzle and install the protective cap.
Precautions:
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in children under 3 years old or with a body weight lower than 10 kg, in case of allergy to any of the ingredients or in case of asthma. \
- If nasal symptoms persist for more than 7 days in adults and children, consult your doctor.
