Designed for proper application
Breast protection discs are available in two sizes to fit your chest better. The small sizes fit in diameters from 12 mm and the medium ones in diameters up to 21. To find your own size, sit comfortably and place one of the perforated rings on your nipple. Rotate the disc clockwise and guide the nipple into the canal. Then stretch the base of the disc around the halo. If there is a gap of 2 mm between the nipple and the silicone, this is the right size. Tip: size is based on the nipple and not the halo. Not sure? Easy cleaning in the hygienic carrying case
You must clean the nipple shields before each use. This process takes less than 10 minutes. Place them in boiling water for five minutes or optionally use the sanitary bag. Place both thoroughly rinsed nipple shields in the holder and add 25 ml/0,9 fl.oz. water. Then place the nipple covers in a 750-1000W microwave oven for three minutes. Let them cool for five minutes.
