The Otosan® Nasal Wash contains 30 sachets of sodium solution enriched with sodium bicarbonate and hyaluronic acid (International PATENT pending).

• The sodium solution at a concentration of 1,1% penetrates the nasal cavities and allows thorough cleaning of the cavity, contributing to the breakdown of the biological membrane of bacteria.
• The sodium bicarbonate balances the pH of the sodium solution between 7 and 9, while stimulating mucosal clearance.
• The Hyaluronic Acid is a polysaccharide with emollient, moisturizing and protective properties.

•     Fill the bottle with hot drinking water at a temperature of 35-40 ° C, up to the line showing 240 ml.
•     Dissolve one or two sachets of isotonic or hypertonic solution in it (see Frequently Asked Questions).
•     Shake the flask until the solution is completely dissolved in the water.
•     Tilt your head slightly forward, above the sink, and hold the bottle upright.
•     Insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril, breathing through the mouth.
•     Gently press the base of the bottle. Allow the solution to flow into the nose and out of the other nostril. When cleaning, inhale through the mouth. After sprinkling, stay with your head forward for a while.
•     Repeat the same in the other nostril.
•     Blow your nose gently.
•     After each use, fill the bottle with water and a few drops of liquid soap, then shake for effective cleaning. When finished, rinse and dry thoroughly. It is recommended to replace the bottle every three months.
