DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1. Blow your nose well before using the product 2. Shake the bottle 3. Remove the protective cap 4. Press the atomizer once or twice until a fine mist of product appears 5. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press the atomizer to apply 2-3 sprays while inhaling lightly. Repeat this process in the other nostril. 6. Clean the nozzle with a tissue and close the bottle with the cap after each use DOSAGE: Above 12 years: 2-3 sprays, 3-4 times/day WARNINGS: Read the instructions for use carefully.
