Instructions for use:
Put in a shaker 250-400ml of cold water, add a scoop (8g) of Cognifuel, shake well and enjoy. We recommend one dose of Cognifuel either at breakfast or after lunch. Do not take it on an empty stomach. Do not exceed two doses of Cognifuel daily. Drink immediately after shaking for best results. The package contains a doser.
