Put in a shaker 250-400ml of cold water, add a scoop (8g) of Cognifuel, shake well and enjoy. We recommend one dose of Cognifuel either at breakfast or after lunch. Do not take it on an empty stomach. Do not exceed two doses of Cognifuel daily. Drink immediately after shaking for best results. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
One serving of Cognifuel (8g) contains 130mg of caffeine and 56mg of green tea extract, which yields 42mg of catechins, of which 25mg is EGCG (3-gallate-epigallocatechin). Do not consume a daily amount of 3-gallic-epigallocatechin equal to or greater than 800mg. Do not consume if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day.
