The PreNAN Human Milk Fortifier is specifically designed to improve the nutritional composition of breast milk according to the guidelines of the European Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN) for feeding premature / low birth weight infants. PreNAN Human Milk Fortifier has been clinically tested in preterm / low birth weight infants.      

Reminder: Always hold the baby in your arms during the meal. Leaving the baby unattended can cause choking.                                                           

WARNING: Always wash your hands and sterilize feeding utensils before preparing your baby's meal. Prepare only one meal at a time. Feed immediately and follow the instructions faithfully. Improper dissolution can lead to illness in the baby. Discard any excess fortified breast milk after each meal. For use only under medical supervision.

Contraindications: PreNAN Human Milk Fortifier is not a complete food. Not suitable for use in infants diagnosed with cow's milk allergy, lactose intolerance and congenital metabolic diseases such as galactosaemia / glucose-galactose malabsorption. Not intended for parenteral use.

Each utensil used (bottle, syringe or tube feeding tube) must be prepared separately before each feeding.

If you use frozen breast milk, gradually thaw it in the refrigerator (below 4oC). DO NOT use a microwave oven and do not allow it to thaw at room temperature.

Ingredients: Concentrate partially hydrolyzed whey protein, maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides, low -ruged olive oil, calcium glycephosphate, calcium phosphate, fish oil , vitamin E, inositol, L-carnitine, zinc sulfate, taurine, nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate, vitamin A, riboflavin, thiamine, copper sulfate, vitamin B6, folic acid, citric acid, iodide , vitamin D, biotin, vitamin B12.      

Shake or stir the breast milk before transferring it to the feeding utensil.

 Transfer only the required amount of breast milk to which you will be adding PreNAN HMF.

 Before mixing with the booster, heat the breast milk until it comes to body temperature. DO NOT USE a microwave oven.

Separate the sachets and take one sachet of 1g. Add the required amount of PreNAN HMF to the desired amount of lukewarm breast milk (35oC-40oC), using the standard preparation (1g per 25 ml of breast milk) or the individual amount if any other reconstitution is recommended.

Close the mouthpiece and shake lightly until the powder is completely dissolved and FEED IMMEDIATELY.

Discard the entire amount of fortified breast milk after each meal.

Open sachets should be used immediately or discarded.

For tube feeding: once the fortified breast milk is ready, it should be used within 4 hours
