Do not take with anti-cholesterol drugs, such as atorvastatin, lovastatin and statins in general, as the product contains a red fungus grown in rice, which provides 10 mg of monacolin K. Monacolin K, if combined with other statins, may increase the anti-cholesterol effect, increasing the risk side effects such as liver damage.
Do not take at the same time with antibiotics and especially with tetracycline as it contains a high content of vitamin B12 and folic acid, vitamins of the B complex, which interfere with the absorption and effectiveness of tetracycline. It is recommended that you take Healthy Cholesterol at a different time than when you take the antibiotic.
