1 sachet contains 12 billion live cells of Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG (ATCC 53103). This quantity is guaranteed as long as the product is properly stored until the expiration date.   

Recommended daily consumption dose and method of administration:

1 sachet per day.

The contents of the sachet can be swallowed as is or dissolved in 1/2 glass (100ml) of water or other drink. The product can be taken at any time of the day. 

Storage Conditions:

The product contains live milk fermentation bacteria, sensitive to heat. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid exposing it to heat sources or sudden changes in temperature. Store away from light and preferably at a temperature below 25°C. The expiration date of the product is indicated in a closed intact package, well preserved.
