Use

Phase I - Apply one coat to the entire clean nail. Allow to dry for a few minutes (nylon fibers will be visible). Phase II - Apply a layer of sealant and allow to dry completely. If the surface remains rough, apply a second coat. Continue with your manicure by applying nail polish. Allow to dry well.
