Vitamin C and bioflavonoids occur naturally together in nature. One of the richest sources of this compound is found in the pulp and skin of citrus fruits and vegetables, while rutin is a bioflavonoid found in rye.
Bioflavonoids are natural organic plant elements that appear to act synergistically with Vitamin C, increasing its availability and action, and are particularly important in maintaining blood vessel integrity as they contribute to collagen integrity. Some flavonoids have antioxidant properties similar to vitamin C, and have been shown to protect both vitamin C and adrenaline from the oxidative activity of copper-containing enzymes.

USE

Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets per day
