Multi-Max is a high-strength multivitamin formula recommended for people over 50 years of age and administered in a dosage of one tablet daily.
Recent nutritional surveys conducted in the United Kingdom have shown that a significant proportion of people over the age of 50 are failing to obtain the recommended RDA levels of micronutrients through their diet. Extremely important micronutrients at these ages are Vitamin D and the trace elements: zinc, iron and selenium.
This product contains high levels of B vitamins along with a powerful combination of the most important minerals, in amounts sufficient to support even the worst possible diet. Multi-Max can be taken together with Osteoguard in cases where higher amounts of calcium and magnesium are required.

Precautions: Should not be taken by pregnant or lactating women. Taking this product may cause yellow discoloration of the urine. This is harmless and indicates that the body is eliminating excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin). This product contains iron, which if misused, may be harmful to small children.
