Description

Multi-Guard® Methyl is a highly specialized multivitamin that further enriches the range of multivitamins.

It has a similar composition to Multi-Guard® with the significant difference that it contains vitamins B6, B12 and folate in methylated form (as in Methyl b complex). This makes it an excellent multivitamin for people with elevated homocysteine levels and a history of cardiovascular disease.
has very high amount of Vitamin K2 (75g).
Finally, several micronutrients are in forms that ensure high absorption and bioavailability (eg iron and zinc are in the form of citrates)
